How To Use One Shot Drain Cleaner:
1. You MUST use protective gloves and glasses before opening the bottle.
2. Using a cup, remove as much water as possible from the drain, sink or toilet to be treated.
3. Very slowly pour One Shot Drain Cleaner directly into the drain.
4. Sink drains: Use about 125ml initially.
5. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
6. Add 150ml cold water and allow to stand for 5 minutes then flush.
7. Repeat if necessary.
8. Toilet and floor drain: Use about 250 ml and follow directions as above.
9. As a preventative measure: Add 100ml of One Shot per month in each drain. For best results use early in the morning.

Delivery Information
Delivery to the UK is handled by ASG Supplies, UPS & Pallex Network...Occasionally we use Royal Mail.
FREE Next Day Delivery is offered to all customers in NN17, NN18 and PE8 area postcode for orders over £50 (Ex. VAT).
FREE Next Day Delivery available for all other mainland UK addresses when you spend over £100 (Ex. VAT).
Pallet deliveries may incur a surcharge where necessary.
Delivery is currently charged at £10 + VAT
This charge includes packaging materials, many of our items use custom made packaging to ensure the order arrives to you in perfect condition. When endeavour to use recycled materials to pack orders however this is not always possible.
Delivery charges are monitored and updated accordingly, without notice, as and when we see fit.

Standard Delivery Services (UK Mainland):
- Most orders placed by 11am are delivered next day....but we cannot gaurantee this outcome!
- Orders placed before 11am on a Friday (that qualify for a 'next day' service) will be delivered on the following Monday (with the exception of bank holidays).
- Next day can sometimes take two days....sorry but thats just how it is!
- All orders placed after 11am on a Friday will be processed on Monday (with the exception of bank holidays).
- VAT at the appropriate rate will be applied to all delivery charges.
Additional Delivery Information
Goods are despatched by ASG Supplies, UPS or Pallex Network...Occasionally we use Royal Mail.
There may be an additional fee for heavy/bulky/equipment orders. We will notify you of this prior to processing your order.
Outside Mainland UK / Remote Deliveries
Please allow 4-5 days for delivery.
We cannot offer premium delivery options for remote areas.

To cancel an order please call us on 01536 266 554 as soon as possible. Our lines are open between 8am and 4pm, Monday - Friday. Please have your order number and postcode to hand.
